For Microsoft Office 2000, are there any new office assistant characters that you can download from the web

Microsoft hasn't posted any new assistants since Word 97, and those
don't work in Word 2000 and later (different technology).

I did find one you can try, at http://www.nerdbird.dk/assistant.

In google search for the Agent Ring

There are 100's of agents out there, made by e-Clips and
other such developers.

Some you will have to buy some are free, have fun.
