When I went into the Word Options, the "Enable Live Preview" is greyed out.
If I hover over it, the following message appears:

"Previews have been automatically disabled based on Terminal Server
settings, connection speed, or animation settings on this machine."

How can I enable Live Preview again?

Have you looked at the settings that the error message refers to?

I am having the same problem as SGboy. What is the terminal server settings?

Help...I am going crazy...thank you

[sorry for the spam]

I meant to say, I made sure that, this setting is *NOT* getting disabled
through Group Policy.

Thanks,
Chetan

disabled through Group Policy.
And, i am not getting any errors when click on the setting.

Hey Celeste,

Can you try connecting to the machine using remote desktop (RDP) and see if
the Live Preivew is enabled?

Thanks,
Chetan
